What do I need to start a project?
Just click on the “start a new project” button that would be the start of a new amazing experience.
What kind of information do you need to start?
Any information you have would be useful. If you have the 3d files, plans of lighting, elevations, landscape, and finishing, you are in good shape. Even if you only have a hand drawing site plan or raw sketches that would also be good. We will be able to help and guide through your project no matter what. Any information would be useful and can have a positive effect on speed development and it would be helpful for our understanding.
How much will it cost?
The cost of a project depends on the kind of work it needs, the size of the property, complexity, level of customization, and tasks required for your satisfaction. Our estimation is usually based on the time of the project, man/hour requirements, workload, and our customer’s needs. For a quotation of your project please fill out the request in the form below. We will get back to you in a day.
What file format do I have to use?
In general, you can send any format of a file. Hand drawing sketches, site plans, architectural or design sketches, and mood boards. You can even send the exact idea of the project.
Don’t worry if you don’t have any specific files. Tell us your needs and our consultants will guide you through it free of charge.
How can you work with a company in another city/country without any direct contact?
Our profile is of proof. Our customers from all over the world have received high-quality services and we haven’t had any problems as of speaking. In the past 12 years, we have found it easy to work through this method with a history of many successful projects. We will also be keeping in contact with you throughout the project, via file exchange, skype, phone calls, email, video conferences, etc. You will see the project’s development and feel as though you are working with us side by side.
What is your method for 3d visualization?
Workflow:
First, we gather all information and data to analyze and understand our customers’ requirements and needs properly and avoid uncertainties. Then the project manager gathers the required specialists who are needed as an internal team. Most of the time we work collaterally to increase the speed of the project development and its quality. The first level of the project,3D modeling, is the basic volume of the project. After confirmation of the 3D modeling, detailing, material assignment, and lighting will start. The final phase will be post-processing. The client participates in all processes.
How many projects can you do collaterally?
As many as you need. The sky is the limit. We always have teams to take up the project of any scale, and they can work on your task simultaneously.
Will you be charged for corrections?
By corrections, we mean changes that are less than 40% of the project workload. If the changes you want to make exceeds this limit, then we consider it a new project.
What type of payment do you accept?
We only accept PayPal as the following payment method.
Can I make a payment after receiving the results?
No, but you can pay half of the estimated cost and confirm that you will make the next payment after the results are confirmed.
Where is your company located?
The headquarters of the White Socks Designers Company is located in Armenia. However, since we are mainly active as an outsourcing studio, we do not need to go to our office for any matter. All you need to do is leave a message in the chat or fill out the form on the website.
What is your working distance? What is your turnaround time?
Delivery time depends on several factors, including the number of cameras, project complexity, details, number/length /scale of images/videos to be made, customer needs, and what files the customer can provide to white sock designers. To estimate the exact time of your project, please contact us through the website and briefly explain your desires. Our team of experts will consider all the conditions and provide you with the information. If you give us more information about the project and also if you respond quickly when you need to approve the parts, the project time will decrease.
Can I have the original files?
This is not something we usually do because of copyright issues; we have done this for a few clients in the past. But this is only done on a case-by-case basis. If you like or need the final files, please let us know before starting the project. In most cases, we need to reset the project price.
Why do we need outsourcing services when we are currently working with internal specialists?
We can back you up in high seasons.
Your project routine is our passion.
Working with us will cost you much less. For example, you will save on staff training costs, employment and employee insurance costs, and many more and besides, after each project, you do not commit to us the way you have to commit your employed staff.
